This tool helps all EIF staff assess the risks of using AI in their work. Answer 9 questions covering key risk areas and you'll receive an overall risk rating with recommended next steps.

EIF's approved AI tools are the EIF Claude Team Account and Microsoft Copilot embedded in our Microsoft 365 account. At the end, you'll be prompted to save a dated PDF copy of your assessment for your records, and a copy is saved automatically to EIF's central record.
